Why should I donate?
Because you love the comic, and you want to help keep it running online until the end!
Your donations are literally what makes it possible for us to create this comic as our job, and we are very serious when we say that this site wouldn't be possible without your support. No matter how much Poe loves creating these comics, the only way he can keep to any kind of online update schedule is if he has the corresponding time to do so. It takes him 40 or more hours each week to produce the three pages for MWF updates, and by donating, you give Poe that time so that he can keep giving you the comics.

What do I get for donating?
Everyone who donates gets a shiny new wallpaper as a donation gift, no matter the size of the donation. We change the wallpaper out every month or so, and you should be automatically directed to the download page when you complete your Paypal transaction. If you ever miss a wallpaper, they are also available for purchase in our online store, both digitally and as art prints.
We also like to reward those of you who choose to go above and beyond to donate a little more to the comic, so everyone who donates $10 or more will also receive a limited edition bookmark as an extra little thank-you. These bookmarks are mailed out after the end of every month, and we only make 100 to 150 of each design. When one design runs out, we'll just switch to the next design. Please, make sure your Paypal address information is accurate before you donate, because otherwise we'll end up wasting a part of your donation on postage for something with the wrong address.
For those who show exceptional generosity and dedication by donating $100 or more over the course of the year, we feel we should do a little more, so we also send out pen and ink donations sketches. Since these are sent out based on your total donations for the year, they usually go out in the spring of the following year after Impy has had a chance to review the records and tally everything up. As of 2008, your bookmark(s) will still go out with the other bookmarks, though, so the sketches are now a separate extra mailing.
