A character in the Does Not Play Well With Others strip, introduced (and thus far only seen) here (warning: NSFW). As one might expect from the title, she's the mother of regular DNPWWO character Fran. As yet, all we know about her, other than her family ties and the fact that she resembles her daughter (and is pretty hawt, all things considered), is that she's Wiccan. Her daughter was too, until certain ... revelations were made in that strip.
