Gramps is seen standing in the crowd to the side, while two greeters are front and center, right in the path of elves. I left the 'appearance' mention for 07/18 because the crowd is outlined in the background, gramps probably included.

Actually, I don't think we can tell from the two panels who's doing the greeting and where gramps fits in. Presumably this will sort itself out as Rarune's visit proceeds.
