Usage
{{Picture Frame|Side=<left|right|center>|Image=<url of linked image>| Title=<title text>}}
- Side is the horizontal alignment of the Picture. The default is "left". Other values are "center" and "right".
- Image is the URL to the actual image.
- Title is the text under the Image.
