A minor, and lamentably Living Impaired, character in the Errant Road free-form on-line role-playing game.

This poor fellow was a shepherd, innocently minding his sheep in the high pastures above the hidden town of Snamish, when fate (read: the game) decided to make a chew toy out of him. He happened to be nearby when a balloon bearing the inexplicably murderous Wilbur Hamael came in for a crash landing, depositing the nearly-starved Wilbur on the other side of a pass above the pasture. When the latter came to, he noticed one of Robby's sheep and somehow managed to kill it, then to begin gnawing on its flesh and drinking its blood. Needless to say, this didn't sit too well with the shepherd, and ordinarily, the contest between a shepherd and a near-death poacher would have ended badly for the latter. However, Wilbur Hamael wasn't a run-of-the-mill poacher, what with having the ability to kill an onlooker with a word(!). Such, alas, was the fate that befell the poor lad, after which Hamael went back to his sheep-munching, to be dispatched later by PC Drusia and colleagues.

The late shepherd, whose last name we never learned, leaves behind the bereaved Joselene, whose excursion up to the pasture for a literal roll in the hay was the thing that alerted Drusia and colleagues (Argus, Sister Rose, etc.) that something was amiss. Our condolences to the poor young woman, but at least her man did not die in vain.
