He did it. Note that the eye marks on his chibi are not, in fact, clown face paint! He bears no resemblance to Hisoka.
Ian is out on a quest to find a way to heal his older sister Evelyn of a birth defectived heart. He is extremely bitter and hateful towards elves, although perhaps for good reason, given that so many elves seek to exterminate the surviving half elves.
