Inoue is apparently an elven Ranger who has not yet appeared in the story, but has been mentioned by Sarine Elle. The "message" for help that Sarine sent to Inoue and Sarna instead summoned Toren and the elven army, with disastrously violent results.
He or she may or may not be the same character that showed up in the grand final battle in Praenubilus Astu, whom Sarine addressed as "Anoue," which see.
