Isabel is the largest port in Farrel.

As such, our heroes will most likely never set foot in it: The gods are conspiring to prevent Meji from travelling anywhere that boasts the convenience of a warp gate, ever again.

It does, however, show up in the Errant Road on-line free-form role-playing game; separate article here. We don't know much about it there, either, except that it's on the east coast of Farrel just like its Poe-verse counterpart, and it's home to airship pirates, which the authentic one in the Poe-verse may or may not be.
