A resident of Santuariel, never seen, but mentioned here. He was the recipient of one of Ian's Omega-Heals when Ian passed through town after learning of the death of his sister. When he's mentioned in the story, it's by Riley, as she tries to break the news to Ian that all is not going well with his healing. "Not going well" rather understates it in this young fellow's case: he went from blindness before Ian did his thing, to dying a few days later. This bit of news is clearly devastating to Ian ... and it seems to put him in a mood for doing some devastating of his own.
His mother's name was Sally. As far as known, she survives.
