Leah is a resident of Santuariel, and a Half Elf like Ian and Riley. She is Riley's girlfriend, totes a single-shot rifle, and occasionally coughs up blood. Aside from looking a bit like Yomiko Readman, not much else is known about her.

The source of her illness is unknown. While a congenital deformity of the lungs might seem most probable due to her half-elf heritage, a pathogen such as Tuberculosis would also explain the symptoms and be common enough in a pre-antibiotic civilization.
