A character in the Tsuirakuan military, introduced here and present for most of the final action in the story. She's instantly recognizable by her unusual hair style.
We don't know much about her, except that she's one of the battlemages that General Izayoi sends with Sarine and the Amraphels to Praenubilus Astu as an advance party, to pave the way for the larger Tsuirakuan contingent that's coming via airship. Her immediate superior is Captain Aphel, but they all take orders from Sarine, Jon and Sara.
