Malacia was the Rinkai's capitol before it was damaged enough by Kiyan Nizami to cause the city to sink beneath the waves.
The Rinkai's skills in building and enchanting made the creation of Malacia a singular feat. In essence, it was a floating city. Flying at a height of a kilometer above ground level, Malacia was located over the ocean. Which ocean, or the location it was sunk, is currently unknown.
