This is about the known state of non-magical medicine. We don't know much more than what's here at the moment.

Description

Everything from splints to eyeglasses to antibiotics to who knows what. The only evidence of traditional medicine in the Poe-verse, however, is eyeglasses. This is partly because the main characters, while spending a lot of time hacking each other up, tend to know healing magic, which makes traditional medicine redundant.

Where Used

Glasses-wearing characters have appeared many times in the story, starting with Meji's classmate Kenji Hidomi (here). Important character Leah used glasses until she got the pioneering Omega-Heal from Ian.
