Meji's professor at Sashi Mu Academy of Thaumaturgy and Conjuration. He and his class stand between her and graduation, with ominous consequences for her involving her grandfather if she can't pass the class. Since her attempt at graduation via seduction didn't work, she's had to go off on a quest for power as her class project, which is why we have a story.

We don't know much else about him, but his main squeeze is one Akira, with whom he's conversing via crystal ball when Meji comes back to, one might say, turn in her senior project.
