Sara Amraphel is Jon Amraphel's younger sister, and a novice time-ninja in training with the Ensigerum, who she's been with since she was orphaned.
Jon never saw Sara again after he put her up for adoption. He doesn't seem to know what happened to her. It's likely Sara knows that Jon is a Gewehr Wraith, an organization she is helping the Ensigerum wipe out, as she overheard her mother disowning him over it; that would explain her apparent carelessness while killing them.
It's likely her mother wouldn't approve of her current career, either.
