The school that Meji and Bani attended. According to Ellis, its library has one of the largest collections of occult texts and arcane lore in existence.
Half the inaugural class attempted mental domination spells to pass their final projects. Consequently the school board banned such practices. However a rule still stands that any student who can challenge and defeat the entire faculty will graduate with honors. Meji, who'd rather create awesomely destructive magic than do actual work, is intrigued by this rule.
