:*I couldn't think of a better term. I was following Catholic practices but other alternatives are okay too. In the Catholic Church, all monestaries are populated by Brothers and Sisters, even the severely cloistered ones. Saint Benedict was only a Brother. The head of an order is still only a Brother or a Sister, even though they may fulfill the task of Mother Superior or Abbot/Abbess.   • I couldn't think of a better term. I was following Catholic practices but other alternatives are okay too.
