This places and formats the Poe Notes header, which should be at the end of most articles.

Usage

1. Place the

   {{Author's Notes}}

   tag at the very end of the pages being edited. Any notes fropm Poe can now go after this line in a bulleted list.

One of the things this does is to insert every article that has a word directly from the author into the Notes Category. This makes them easier to find.
