Makes sure that articles about Nations are properly categorized and formatted.

Usage

1. Place the

   {{Nations Header|Location|Capitol|Population}}

   tag as the first line of the pages describing Nations.

Location is the place on the map, directions

Capitol is the name of the capitol city.

Population is the estimate of the total population (defaults to unknown)
