This helps make the entire Category tree more hierarchical as it defines a definitive Top Level Category. Every Category page should have a Category declaration to the next upper level category, eventually pointing to the Top Level Category Top Cat.

Usage

1. Place the

   {{Top Cat}}

   tag at the top of the Category pages being edited.
