Bani's Dad lives in Tsuirakushiti but spends most of his time in Kiyoka, which is presumably where he was originally from, assuming that he isn't the Farrelian half of Bani's parentage (given her Tsuirakuan surname and assuming that names in Tsuiraku are patrilinear, this seems unlikely). He is apparently an engineer or its magical equivalent, as he states in his first appearance that his work involves the devices that keep Tsuirakushiti afloat. Not much else is known about him yet, or whether there is any particular reason why he is suddenly back in Tsuirakushiti.
