ER:Albigenish

This article describes a person, place or thing from the Errant Road free-form, on-line role-playing game. The subject of this article is not canon, i.e., not part of the Poe-verse.

A locale in the Errant Road on-line free-form role-playing game, not yet visited in the game, but important for the backstory role it plays in connection with something called the "Albigenish Incident," which see. As far as known, it doesn't exist in the Poe-verse.

As remembered by Sister Rose from her time in the Veracian Special Forces, Albigenish was (and may still be) a city somewhere near the border between Veracia and the Northern Confederacy, most likely in the latter. In the Errant-Road-verse, Veracia and the Northern Confederacy have apparently had some border squabbles, one of which got nasty and military and involved this city. The rulers of Albigenish called in a band of Errants from who-knows-where to fight for them, and Rose was deployed in the ensuing incident with her unit, which included one Kenny Lucas, a half elf who would go on to marry Rose and eventually die under conditions that left her devastated.

We don't know much more about the place, but it appears in occasional flashbacks by Rose, so stay tuned. We do know that they don't have much taste in plays, having at one time hosted a production of the unfortunate "An Elf Princess in Farrel", which played a role in making Kenny and Rose into husband and wife.
