A character introduced during the post-completion repeats of Errant Story. She didn't appear in the first go-round, but was mentioned here, as Meji's proto-feminist leanings started to come out (for both the first and maybe the last time). Apparently she was responsible for advances in "theoretical thaumaturgy." That's really all we know of her. Whether she was connected to the Hiratsuka Foundation, another entity mentioned in Meji's repeated rant (re-rant?), is not clear.
