ER:Woody

This article describes a person, place or thing from the Errant Road free-form, on-line role-playing game. The subject of this article is not canon, i.e., not part of the Poe-verse.

Not exactly a character, but rather, a force of nature -- kind of -- encountered in the Errant Road on-line free-form role-playing game. Needless to say, it (she?) doesn't exist in the Poe-verse.

Whatever she/it is, she's encountered (sort of) when Sister Rose, Lillith, etc., travel to the curiously mobile town of Ramanzel, looking for kin of the enigmatically deceased Father Egbert, a native of the town. They're guided on this trip by Egbert's (illegitimate) son Elric, who has become friendly with a force of nature of her own (this one is definitely feminine) called "Stormie." As the group looks around for traces of the town, they're advised that the spirit of the woods -- in other words, Woody -- is out there, taking care of Ramanzel, and watching the adventurers. Lillith further deduces that Woody doesn't like them much.
