Can someone who knows how to do this fix the 'Poe notes;' bar, please, as it interferes with appearances bar to the right. It just looks messy. thnx (I'd do it if I knew how.)

I don't quite get what you want. What's the interference? --Slamlander 15:59, 13 May 2007 (CDT)

Is it just me that gets the gray line (saying 'Poe notes: story notes go below this point') reaching into the Appearances section?

Eh??? I still don't get it. --Slamlander 12:38, 14 May 2007 (CDT)

OK, my editor-lingo is non existant, so the misunderstanding is probably my fault, but I tried something, and the article about Jon now looks okay to me, but I also checked others that use the 'Template:Author's Notes' and Jon's article is the only one that would concievably have this problem, since it's the only one with enough 'Appears in:' entries to extend further down than the main body of text in that article. So feel free to yell at me if I goofed up something.

Okay, I get it now. ;) Your problem is that the lable butts square up against the table and the table has to have a background color or the label bleeds through. This is a standard Wiki problem. However, your solution of truncating the label only works for this instance. We happen to use that template a shitload of other places where the truncation will show. For now, I'll revert it but will throw a background color on the table. Should work adequately, non? --Slamlander 13:23, 14 May 2007 (CDT)
  • PS - For future reference, all tables should have a declared background color. Slamlander 13:28, 14 May 2007 (CDT)

Jon's sniper rifle...

Just throwing this out there since I'm doing some development work with Poe and it came up.

"Jon's magically silenced sniper rifle is a Sylvia CNR Night Whisper. In addition to the silenced fire, the gun has nearly silent action in all respects, and the tubeless scope is enchanted to offer superior visibility in even total darkness. He uses .338 Sylvia Phantom rounds, which are not magical, but are both odorless and smokeless." --Impy 01:46, 11 March 2012 (EST)
