From The Heretic Knowledge Vault
While we don't know much about her (she was only on stage briefly), we do know that she's a Tsuirakuan who comes to Rinkaiel to take on teaching duties at the Tsuirakuan magic laboratory there, replacing the former, now-deceased sifu Dasuke Kinabalu -- who may have been her husband. (The Tsuirakuans are cold, aren't they?) In this capacity she interacts briefly with Layla, herself a recently bereaved widow (if one who's already on the rebound with new boyfriend Ace) who's in town to take magic lessons at the lab. The two don't exactly hit it off -- Madori is not exactly bubbling over with bonhomie, as one might imagine -- and the lessons take on a rather -- frosty air for a while.
However, it doesn't last. For unexplained reasons, the Tsuirakuan Powers That Be decide to replace her with the considerably more sociable Galina, who happens to be a friend of Layla's from various adventures at the Mountain of Madness amusement park, as well as the mother of a child about the same age as Layla's own son Zachary. This produces a considerably more satisfactory social dynamic for the lessons, as Madori slinks off to Luminosita-knows-where, to mourn the death of her husband -- or, more likely, not. We may or may not see her again.
