Description
We don't know exactly how it works, or even if such a spell really exists. The effect is presumably to make things appear to speak with the caster's voice that don't normally have the power of speech.
Where Used
We've never seen it cast, but Ellis makes a wisecrack about Meji using it, as she tries to get away from the enthusiastic but naive Chris. The use that he recommends is probably one of the more unusual applications of ventriloquism ever in the Poe-verse...
