In the Errant Road free-form on-line role-playing game, the term for the loose semi-city on ground level beneath the floating sky city of Tsuirakushiti. Not much is known about it. Conceptually similar real estate may or may not exist in the Poe-verse, but if it does, it hasn't been named.

Tsuirakushita has been visited only briefly in the game, as PCs Drusia, Khoo, etc., pass through as they flee what appears to have been the Tower of Artifex Incident that we know about from Errant Story itself. We don't learn much from their brief stay there, however, other than that it has a combination of urban and park-like terrain. Player character Lucas Ravanel lived there for a time as a kid.
