Eren is an Ensigerum monk of unknown standing, but apparently important enough to accompany the Imperatrix while she talks to Ian Samael, and unimportant enough that he immediately gets delegated the task of giving Ian his pants when the need for such a task arises.
His only distinguishing feature thus far is a scar on his left cheekbone.
