A big shot in the Tsuirakuan military, introduced here, as he accompanies Meji's Grandfather to grill Sarine and the Amraphels on just what has been going on in Emerylon (i.e., Ian Samael and his capacity for death and destruction). As yet his role is uncertain, as he really hasn't done anything except stand around and look menacing. Sarine would clearly like to get him and the other Tsuirakuans to help the elves deal with Ian, but as yet, it looks like he isn't buying it.
