When metal is heated it gets very hot. hot metal generally is hot. to heat any type of metal or indeed any substance known to man, you should first start by lighting it on fire. not only is this entertaining, but its also invokes ancient indian spirits that will come and do your bidding... second, you should reach your hand into the fire, and very slowly(so may say pain stakingly slow)... rub your hands all over your face.

In the days of old blacksmiths were considered in high regards compared to almost all other classes. An example of this is in the ancient greek society, vulcan was the god honored by the coming of age ceremony in young adult males. Without the seasoned hand of the local blacksmith, there would be no technology as we know it today, and the word cave man would come into effect. All societys circled around the smith. All the parts of you house, weapons, your and your fancy goblets came from the one man.

On the topic of heating metal, first you should acquire a forge. Further studies will amount in abundant ideas on location, and type. To start your metal heating adventure, you need to obtain an anvil. Makeshift anvils can be made from unused railroad tracks or just a solid block of metal(steel is best)

Description

The object on which this spell is cast (say, a gun) suddenly becomes too hot to hold. Unlike the many other magical effects involving fire and heat, this one seems to work specifically on an object, with only collateral effects (like burning the hands of the person holding the object) on things in its vicinity.

Where Used

Here, by Ian as he tries to escape from gun-wielding Tony and his fellow bandits. The spell only scorches Tony's hands, but Ian rapidly follows up with something more potent that scorches the rest of him, and his partners in crime as well.
