Inoue is apparently an elven Ranger who has not yet appeared in the story, but has been mentioned by Sarine Elle. The "message" for help that Sarine sent to Inoue and Sarna instead summoned Toren and the elven army, with disastrously violent results. Stay tuned to see whether Inoue shows up in a future episode...
