Rarune's replacement as elven ambassador to Tsuiraku, first seen here. In contrast to her oily predecessor, she's a most undiplomatic hothead who introduces herself by berating Ichiro Hinadori (aka Meji's Grandfather) about the Tsuirakuan intervention in the Far North. At first Gramps listens calmly, but when she launches in on Meji, calling her an Errant and referring to her as "it," she goes too far -- much too far. The resulting magical explosion sends her away in a huff, possibly with some pieces of the conference table embedded in her person.
You have to hand it to the elves: they managed to find a way to make even a scumbag like Rarune look good by comparison with his successor. This will not end well.
