Luminosita is the god of Veracia. Veracia used him to beat up all the other countries that didn't have their own pet gods.
To be slightly more specific, he was a gigantic construct of some sort, powered by the magical energy that Veracia's priesthood constantly shoved into him. He has served as a plot point several times in Errant Story. He first figured as the drained deity in the tale of Shiro Hideaki, who had previously attempted Meji's power-draining quest, and then was apparently used to tear down the elves' magical barrier and destroyed in the process.
