Polymorph Spell doean't just change the outward appearance of the target but the actual body. It is, in fact, a form of shape change spell and it includes the clothing. Ian used it to sneak Meji out of a city and he also used it to sneak up on a priest. Meji contuinually complains that it is so difficult to perform and that its effects don't last very long.
