Scribe to the Elven Council, who gets thrown out of the room before Sarine sounds off. What's the point of having a scribe if you won't let him/her be there to write down the important stuff? Typical elven arrogance.
She first appears here, then reappears here, doing Sarine a favor that may have baleful consequences for a certain ambassador who can't keep his pants zipped.
