Seth is an elf of the same general appearance as the elves in Errant Story, although as far as we know, the resemblance ends there. He shares a house with Craig Kirkland, superhero in disguise, in the same general neighborhood as Fran, Naga, Nikki and so on. In his first appearance, he's giving Fran a rather stuffy ration for bucking the express line at the local supermarket, which ends violently, unsurprisingly enough.
As yet we don't really know much about him, except that he's not gay. His full name is Seth Edelstein, but it'll probably never be used again in DNPWWO.
