This places and formats the Poe Notes header, which should be at the end of most articles.

Usage

Place the
{{Author's Notes}}
tag at the very end of the pages being edited. Any notes from Poe can now go after this line in a bulleted list.

One of the things this does is to insert every article that has a word directly from the author into the Articles with Author's Notes Category. This makes them easier to find. (Note that this supersedes the Notes category, which might eventually get put to some other use.)
