Never seen (in fact we've barely seen Salvus itself and don't know where it is, except "Somewhere in the Northern Confederacy"), but mentioned here, and very important to the story line. A female friend of Ian's mentor Maxwel entertained a refugee from the Lorenzel Excavations there, and word of what he'd been doing eventually made it around to Ian, launching him on his quest.
It's possible that this is the same establishment as the one where Scotty's attempt to grope the curiously-equipped Riley provoked a bar fight that's also important to the story line. If so, it really ought to have a name. Want to suggest one on the discussion page? Maybe Poe himself will take notice...
