A resident of Santuariel, never seen, but mentioned here. He was the recipient of one of Ian's Omega-Heals when Ian passed through town after learning of the death of his sister. When he's mentioned in the story, it's by Riley, who says he thinks he's even worse off now than before Ian did his thing. Riley tends to discount this complaint, on the grounds that he's a rather whiney sort, but stay tuned; this may be evidence that the Omega-Heal isn't all it's cracked up to be. Sally Darrow definitely has something to complain about on this count, as regards her late son Jason, so maybe Old Abe has a real issue too...
