A resident of Santuariel, never seen, but mentioned here. Her son Jason was the recipient of one of Ian's Omega-Heals when Ian passed through town after learning of the death of his sister. That didn't go well: he went from blindness before Ian did his thing, to dying a few days later. This bit of news is clearly devastating to Ian, who apparently knows Sally and feels particularly bad about what happened to Jason -- not that Ian needs much prodding to feel bad about anything.
