Suzie is a small child who appeared in the Saus marketplace with her mother Polly (the "seamstress" whose services to Jon nearly got him arrested). She spontaneously and instantly saw through the magical disguise that ranger Sarna was using, noticing that the real Sarna had elf ears and was female rather than male. Of course her mother, who didn't see through the disguise, just thought the kid was seeing or imagining things.
