A deceased mob boss, mentioned here by Mandi. We don't know much about him, except that Jon was supposed to carry out a Gewehr hit on his 14-year-old granddaughter, for unknown reasons. Instead, Jon helped her slip out of the country, solidifying his reputation for having a weak spot for anything with a pair of ovaries.
