Meji Hinadori appears to be a little white-haired chibi girl with a cat on her head. She is smiling. I think she is happy to have a cat on her head.

Whether she is happier to have a cat on her head or to be a chibi is a mystery to one and all. Only God knows for sure.

Meji is a half-elf girl of 17 from Tsuiraku, where she lives with her mother and Grandfather. She is currently on an ever continuing quest (that is to say, to be completed within 3 months) to become an all-powerful demigod and get an A on her senior school project. Along her way, she has collected a human assassin, a elven ranger, and a fellow half elf on her journey so far.

Nicknamed 'Scary Little Devil Girl' by Jon back in Chapter 2[1].
