Here there be half-elves. Lillith is from Santuariel, but hasn't admitted it.
It is implied it lies to the north, beyond the confederacy states. It's somewhere close enough to Salvus for it to be reachable via horse- or ox-drawn cart.
We don't know much about the place, only that it (or at least the Poe-verse version of it) appears to be in rugged, scrubland or desert similar to that of the Southwestern U.S. and that it is a hidden village of indeterminate size filled with half-elves hiding from discovery by the elves.
