Fran is one of the characters in the Does Not Play Well With Others omake series. Unlike her friend Naga, she's human ... apparently ... and no more abnormal than any of the other humans in or around the story. She tends to be the straight man (woman) for many Naga-centric jokes.

First seen here, and subsequently in the extensive series of filler art written by Poe during his May 2008 get-caught-up hiatus.
