Tsuirakushiti (lit. "City of Tsuiraku") is a magical floaty place probably created by half-elves thousands of years ago. Then it disappeared because of a mysterious cloaking device, and then it reappeared and here it is today. Its economy is mostly based on tentacle porn.
Tsuirakushiti is the capital of Tsuiraku. This is where Meji is from.

- The Tower of Artifex (destroyed when someone crashed an airship into it)
- Samura -- high-rest district with actual houses (with yards!); this is where Meji and her mother and grandfather live
