Notes:

Description

Somebody -- let's say Anilis for the time being -- used an organic technique that modified trees to grow special fruit that emits a field. This field simply knocks out and disables elves. It is strong enough to withstand the best elven mages. According to Poe, it also works on Trolls and Dwarves. However, it doesn't incapacitate humans.

Where Used

Thus far, we have only seen it around Anilis' resting place. However, there are other sacred locations and we may see it used at one or more of those, as well.

Poe Notes:|
  • Bellofthedamned:
Why did Anilis want to keep elves out? Did the elves have something to do with the gods' disappearing?
For much the same reasons stores put up 'no solicitors' signs. Also they didn't just keep elves out, they worked on the dwarves and trolls as well.
