Barin is a Peregin, just like Sarine Elle, working as a messenger for Rarune. He joins the story as part of Rarune's Honor guard when the horny cad makes a short-notice visit to Tsuirakushiti. Later he shows up (accompanied by some muscle) at Miyo Hinadori's pad to give the drunkenly heartbroken Miyo the news that Rarune and his entourage are splitting early.
