ER:Lennie

A very minor character in the Errant Road on-line free-form role-playing game, notable as the first named Errant Road character to shuffle off this mortal coil. Lennie is one of the Gewehr thugs in Kiyoka who've been tasked to dispose of PCs Jamie Porter and/or Roger Monteith, for reasons never fully made clear. Unfortunately, he and his colleagues George and Curley make a terminally bad choice of both locale (an alley outside the Veracian mission in town) and tactics (splitting up) in looking for their mark(s). As a result, Lennie is messily dispatched by the troll Grope, for reasons that Grope himself doesn't completely understand, except that his ancestors wanted him to.

Lennie is long dead by the time of the main events in Errant Story itself, so the usual disclaimer that he's not part of the Poe-verse are rather redundant.
